I was born in Osaka and raised by a father from Kagoshima and a mother from Okinawa. Growing up, I didn’t have a grand dream or a clearly defined ambition. Like many people, I followed what seemed to be the natural path—going to school, graduating, and becoming a company employee. Looking back, I was choosing what felt expected of me rather than asking myself what I truly wanted to do.

My career began at a financial institution, where I worked with business owners on corporate lending and business development. My role involved much more than reviewing financial statements or business plans. I regularly visited companies, met entrepreneurs in person, and witnessed their determination, uncertainty, and commitment firsthand. Although the work was far from glamorous, it taught me one lesson that has stayed with me ever since: businesses are not driven by numbers alone—they are built on people, trust, and purpose.

Later, I joined a trading company, where I gained experience working with overseas partners and collaborating across different cultures. My interest in the world had actually begun while preparing for university entrance exams, and at the age of 21 I traveled abroad for the first time, visiting London. Since then, I have explored countries including Thailand, Taiwan, Türkiye, the Philippines, South Korea, and Singapore. Rather than simply visiting tourist attractions, I found myself drawn to everyday conversations with local people and the opportunity to experience different cultures and ways of thinking.

While working as a company employee, I gradually realized that I wanted to shape my own future. Alongside my full-time job, I began sharing content on social media. Over time, more people started reaching out for advice, my network expanded, and unexpected opportunities emerged. I never set out with the goal of becoming an entrepreneur. Instead, I simply enjoyed listening to people’s stories, helping them organize their thoughts, and communicating the value of their businesses in a way that felt authentic. As clients began telling me, “Thank you for walking alongside us,” I realized this might be the work I wanted to dedicate myself to for the long term.

Including my work before establishing the company, I have now supported 46 social media accounts over the past three years. My focus has never been on increasing the number of posts or chasing followers. Instead, I work closely with clients to clarify what they truly value, who they want to reach, and how to communicate their message in a way that naturally resonates with the right audience. Whether the objective is recruitment, lead generation, book promotion, brand awareness, or personal branding, my goal has always been the same: building trust through thoughtful communication.

Entrepreneurship has certainly not been the easiest path. As the founder of a small business, I have been responsible for everything—from business development and content creation to client support, accounting, and legal matters. Along the way, I have repeatedly faced challenges involving people, time, and finances. Yet each stage of my journey has prepared me for where I am today. The lessons I learned from supporting business owners in finance, collaborating internationally through trading, and growing opportunities through social media have gradually come together to shape my work.

Today, through Wabital Inc., I help businesses and professionals build trust through organic social media, connecting Japan with the rest of the world. Looking back, what once seemed like detours—including my years as a company employee and my experiences abroad—have become the very foundation of what I do today.

At Wabital Inc., we help businesses and professionals ensure that their value reaches the people who genuinely need it through organic social media. Our primary platforms include X, LinkedIn, and Threads.

Many of our clients already possess exceptional expertise, valuable experience, or outstanding products and services. However, they often struggle to communicate that value effectively online. Rather than relying on paid advertising to generate short-term attention, we focus on building long-term trust through consistent, authentic communication. Our goal is for people to naturally think, “I’d like to work with this person,” or “This is a company I can trust.”

Every project begins by clarifying the client’s purpose, target audience, unique strengths, and the reasons customers choose them. From there, we develop a clear communication strategy across social media, including brand positioning, content direction, messaging, and tone of voice. We also consider how social media connects with websites and other digital channels, creating a seamless journey that leads from awareness to inquiries, consultations, and lasting relationships. Rather than producing individual posts, we help build a long-term presence that steadily earns trust both in Japan and internationally.

Over the past three years, we have supported 46 social media accounts, including projects that grew from zero to more than 10,000 followers. Our work has contributed to student enrollment, recruitment, book publishing opportunities, increased book sales, and greater brand visibility. In some cases, clients have also received invitations to appear on national television and radio programs or participate in government-related initiatives, demonstrating how consistent communication can create new opportunities built on trust.

That said, we never measure success by numbers alone. Followers, impressions, and media exposure are only part of the story. What matters most is what happens afterward—whether people decide to make an inquiry, apply for a position, purchase a service, recommend the business to others, or build a long-term relationship. We believe trust is the most valuable outcome of effective communication.

Today, our work extends beyond Japan. We support Japanese companies and entrepreneurs in communicating with international audiences in English, while also helping overseas businesses and professionals share their value with Japanese audiences in ways that feel natural and culturally appropriate.

Our own company reflects this international perspective. Our logo was created by a designer from Gibraltar, our landing page was developed with a creative partner from Romania, and our website is designed by a UK-based web designer. We also work with business owners in the United States and continue to expand our network of trusted partners around the world. By combining global collaboration with local cultural understanding, Wabital Inc. aims to build communication that allows businesses and individuals to earn trust across borders.

My vision for Wabital Inc. is to help create a world where honest businesses, meaningful ideas, and genuine value can reach the people who truly need them—regardless of borders.

Today, more than 5.2 billion people use social media, and the average internet user spends over six hours online every day. At the same time, AI-powered search and generative AI are changing the way people discover companies, professionals, products, and services. Increasingly, the information that exists online determines whether someone can be found, trusted, and ultimately chosen.

That is why I believe a company’s digital presence has become more important than ever. Even businesses with exceptional products or highly skilled professionals may never reach the right audience if they leave little evidence of their expertise or credibility online. This is not only a missed opportunity for businesses—it is also a loss for society, because valuable ideas and services remain undiscovered.

Japan is home to countless companies, entrepreneurs, technologies, and cultural assets that deserve greater global recognition. However, many Japanese business leaders remain hesitant to communicate with international audiences. Language barriers, cultural differences, and uncertainty about how they will be perceived often prevent them from taking the first step. While those concerns are understandable, I believe it is unfortunate when truly valuable work remains invisible simply because it is not communicated effectively.

At the same time, there are many entrepreneurs, creators, freelancers, and businesses around the world that want to work with Japan. Some hope to enter the Japanese market, while others want to collaborate with Japanese companies or introduce their products and services to Japanese audiences. Yet many struggle with how to communicate naturally, what cultural expectations they should consider, or how to build trust with people in Japan.

I want Wabital Inc. to stand between these two worlds. Our role is not simply to translate words, but to communicate ideas in a way that preserves the values, intentions, and stories behind them. Whether we are helping a Japanese company expand globally or supporting an overseas business entering Japan, our goal is to create communication that feels authentic, builds confidence, and fosters lasting trust.

As a young company founded in November 2025, one of our biggest challenges is increasing awareness of who we are and what we do. We know that trust is not built overnight. It grows through consistent communication, meaningful work, and genuine relationships. That is why we are committed to steadily expanding our presence through every project, every conversation, and every opportunity to create value.

Another important priority is building a strong network of trusted partners around the world. We hope to collaborate with entrepreneurs, companies, freelancers, and creators who share the same values of integrity, quality, and long-term relationships. Rather than growing as quickly as possible, we want to grow alongside people who believe that trust is the foundation of sustainable business.

Looking ahead, I also believe one of the most important questions for our industry is how to combine AI with human creativity. AI can make communication faster and more efficient, but it cannot fully replace the empathy, personal experience, and authenticity that make people trust one another. As technology continues to evolve, I believe these human qualities will become even more valuable. At Wabital Inc., we want to embrace innovation while ensuring that communication never loses its warmth or humanity.

Ultimately, I hope Wabital Inc. becomes a trusted partner for businesses and professionals navigating communication between Japan and the rest of the world. When someone wants to share meaningful work across cultures, I want them to feel confident that they have a partner who understands both sides. My vision is simple: to help great ideas cross borders, create meaningful connections, and build lasting trust through thoughtful communication.
